Does anyone know of software or websites, I design shoes for handbag can either buy it?
Wild Ginger Software has a free CAD model to editorial program called "Wild Things" custom size patterns for soft bags to make slippers, and hats. It comes with a non-commercial use license. Wild Ginger also sells commercial software license, but I'm not sure if it's for something special bags.
