Best designer bag for under $ 1,000?

The total purse fanatic! The library has a small right now, and they are the brands: Coach, Dooney & Bourke, My Flat in London, B. Makowsky, Jessica Simpson, Kathy Van Zeeland. On vacation to New York in April and I have been saving up to a really nice bag get. In doing so not to brag or anything, I just want honest opinions from colleagues handbag lovers. I have a $ 1,000 budget (and not a cent more), to invest in a bag. What brand should I go? Or is there a specific bag you, should I get? Thanks for your help guys! Oh and just FYI, I know not as top handle bags (those you wear on your arm.) I am a total bag person!

My all time favorite bags by Matt now & Nat and Samsara (get her sister line). Totally stylish, environmentally friendly, proceeds for charitable purposes, and under $ 300 pricetag. I used to be a designer his bag freak (LV, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, you name it I have it), but I've converted. For the price of a bag I can now buy three or four. At the moment I'm loving Samsara's Neuville in Brown and White. I love Louis V and I think that Alma is a great small purse. I also like the Vavin PM much, but it is hard to find, if You have to look a very good year. It fits the essentials, such as wallet, lip gloss and cell phone. However, you probably will not like the strap.
