What can I wear on a long flight?

I have been on a plane many times before, but I have had experience bad. I wore ballerinas in the last Summer and my feet got cut. if I was wearing a tracksuit, I think I looked bloated, causing the flight attendant asked me if I was sick. I know Comfort is the most important thing, but if I is fresh and clean to stuff quite important. I was wearing a cotton sundress thinking, with a light jacket and was wearing some vans and some extra socks in my bag bears. Sound good? and my flight to Sri Lanka is 23 hours .. and we stop only once, so what can I do on the plane to keep me from boredom. I can not sleeping pills, I'm only 13 … If not, I would totally. anyway .. Thank you!

For a journey, long a great comfort factor.Nothing pinching or binding would be the right way. I normally wear something lose and sandals, so I slip on a pair of socks can thus not my feet swell. If it's not what you want on arrival, you wear something too easily into an airplane toilet can change. Where to go to sleep, an herb shop and see if there is something natural you can buy. Try it first to see at home in order, if you have any of side effects. Wearing a sweater of light jacket is a good idea to.
